We bought some lovely grey Adelaide dining chairs with black timber legs. We love them and they are perfect in our sun-filled bay window. We do wish they came with attached anti-scratch pads on the bottom of the legs, especially for the $$$ they cost. Having a lot of trouble getting felt sticky pads to stay on and they do mark the hard floor without them on. Great service though at BoConcept.

I’ve recently furnished most of my home with Bo Concept furniture pieces. Quite honestly they are very sleek, stylish and not to mention very contemporary and modern in design. Spent over $3000 on an outdoor dining and lounge area. Paid the delivery fee. 2 of the lounges turned up broke. To the point where the delivery guys took a picture to show it wasn't them. Call Amart (don't get me started on being on hold then being hung up on multiple times). "Sorry, you will have to bring the lounges in to our store to swap. No we cannot refund the deliver fee. Yes we delivered you broken lounges but it is up to you to swap". Appalling.

We were provided with excellent customer service and were spoilt for choice with lounge suites as this store has an extensive range of furniture. Second review February 1, 2020: I bought the Blaze Dining, Lamp and Coffee tables. I took the measurements written on the sign in store and ordered toughened glass for all three items to protect the tables from any scratches and markings. All 3 were delivered after I recently assembled the tables. The coffee and lamp table fit perfectly. The dining table which had the measurements as 1x1800 was incorrect. It’s actually 90cm X 180cm. So I’ve just spent $300 on a glass that’s no good and will need to spend another $300 to get the correct fitted glass. Don’t go by the measurements they have in store and always measure yourself. First review December 2019: Joanne and Israa were very helpful. They made purchasing my furniture very quick and easy. I had to return an item and they made it happen immediately without any fuss. They were extremely welcoming, friendly and polite. I was very satisfied by the customer service I recieved by both women who went out of their way to help me choose and style the furniture I needed. They are an asset to the company and deserves recognition for their hard work and dedication. Thank you ladies.

The one star is not for the customer service. It is for the layout of the shop. My daughter and I went to Amart yesterday to look at mattress, the shop wasn’t busy there was staff on the floor two with customers one just standing there talking and three behind the service desk. We went and looked at the mattress and not one staff member ask us if we wanted help or even said hello will be with you soon. We got ignored, so we went somewhere else and got good customer service.

Staff are rude no one to help you. I loved the couches i seen at front then he tells me its sold, so then i had to look for something else so i just purchased brown lounge suite wasnt happy i just was so angry u get no help. So i purchased the brown loung suite so i came in next day seen a different worker told him originally i wanted that lounge suite at front and he told me its not sold then i said but they told me yesterday it was sold he said no its not. i was forced to buy other lounge when they told me its sold when its not...not happy with them at all. I recently purchased one of the 'Acadia Scott' travel cups online from Koskela. It was a super easy transaction; I got a confirmation email within minutes, was updated at every point on shipping, and when and how the item would be delivered. Unfortunately I received the wrong item (which was in part the error of a third party). I contacted the company and they responded within a few hours, and subsequently went above and beyond to make sure everything was attenuated. What a wonderful store! I was spending the day going through thrift and vintage stores around Sydney and I have to say that my stop at Sydney used furniture was one of my favorites. Prices are very reasonable and there's lots of things to Mull over and desire. It's a treasure trove of goodies from cabinets filled with mid-century Ceramics and early century wares with special attention to English crockery. There is also a cabinet with military paraphernalia and down the back of the store you will find odds and ends with prices similar to those of Salvos and Vinnies. Lots of wonderful art deco furniture including an upstairs area with more offerings. Whilst I was in store the phone did not stop ringing with people wanting to sell, so I expect that there will be lots of goodies available in this store for time to come.

Worst experience ever ...I called the Casula Store and spoke with Kat and booked a single bed with her...by the time I reached she said there is no stock as she sold those bed to other customer and given the reason that I came late...so there is no point of arguing with her...as she don't even bother to called me once (courtesy call) before selling to others. I travelled all the way 25 kms to store after paying Toll at M5 gone waste...then I went to Fantastic Furniture and got nice customer service and bed which I was looking for....sorry AMART you lost me forever...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Broken, defective furniture and the worst, most dysfunctional customer service you've ever dealt with in your life. The bed I ordered was supposed to arrive after 2 weeks (which I confirmed over the phone when I paid for it). It did not show up. I had to call the company pretty much every other day for another 2 weeks to chase it up. Every time I called I spoke to someone different and they never had a clue where the bed was or when I would get it. They would promise to 'check with the warehouse and call back' but they never called back. Finally Craig (who seems to be the only competent employee) helped me out and the bed arrived. However, it was defective in multiple ways. A slat was missing, as well as multiple screws that (according to the directions) were meant to exist. The metal fixtures which secure the corners of the bed together were severely warped and wouldn't fit, meaning the bed corners couldn't be joined. And the centre rail was inexplicably short, so that when it was on the floor it couldn't reach the underside of the bed and would just fall over. At this point I tried calling My Furniture Store again to have replacement parts sent. They refused to help me, said it was an issue with the manufacturer and told me to speak to them. The manufacturer (GL Furniture) refused to help, said I needed to go through My Furniture Store, and hung up the phone on me. I tried multiple times to call them back and was ultimately unsuccessful in speaking to anyone from either company who would assist me (I did ask for Craig but was told he was unreachable). They also did their favourite trick of promising to call me back when they had more info and then never calling me back. In the end I had to hire a contractor to fix the bed because I wasn't able to get any kind of recourse from My Furniture Store. Then a week later (without anyone ever calling me back) another bed slat and another centre rail arrived in the mail... which was just as freakishly short as the first centre rail. To make a long story short - DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

My experience shopping at ‘My Furniture Store’ was simply the best. Huge range, attractive prices and great service! Martin was amazing and helped us choose the right lounge for our home. Other staff also were very friendly and helpful. When I flagged with them that there were issues with a couple of the dining chairs they very promptly replaced them within the week. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is looking for great furniture deals and a seamless buying experience.

The worst store and people to do business with, would not recommend this store to anyone. Very unprofessional and liar. Purchased a brand new double bunk bed for my kids and it turns out to be used. When they delivered, it wasn't in its box, just plastic rapped from woollies, manual book was missing, the bed was all damaged, corners and edges was chipped and paint missing, study table attached to bed was water damaged. However after contacting and continuesly emailing the company, they refuse to swap or give our money back. Very rude Don't waist your time and money on this store.

I needed a chair for a project. 2 Domo employees checked the computer and said it would arrive in 2 weeks (that seemed really slow to get from Melbourne to Sydney to me). Anyway I was made to pay in advance. After two weeks I rang to ask where the chair was (they didn't call me). They looked around and called back saying there was a shipment coming in 2 and a half months and it might be on that! I suggest anybody doing a commercial project who has deadlines avoid these guys.

We had a terrible shopping experience. The piece we ordered came in two parts. The first part arrived but the second never did. While the staff tried very hard to be helpful, knowing what stock you have and being able to deliver it to the customer is a pretty basic requirement for a retail chain. I blame the head office systems rather than the Artarmon branch, but would not shop at fantastic furniture again. We did eventually get a full refund (thanks to the local staff, not head office).

Knowledge is power, mixed bag here. Can get way better mattresses if you hunt for half the price. Bunk beds are good though.

This is a very good place for buying furniture here is special thing all the offic and home furniture is available here The good thing here is that expensive goods are also available here and cheaper goods are also available and the staff here is also very helpful and nice I loved it when I took furniture from here. After taking the furniture,anyone has a big problem of assembling which is very expensive. But the mobile number of the assembled person, which was provided to me by fantastic furniture when I called he assembled all my things for a very small amount of money and the man who assembled was a very polite and helpful.

The staff were great. As soon as I walked in they didn't approach me right away which was nice as it gave me time to have a look. But because I had looked lost as it was my 1st time there, Bunu came over to help me. She was so nice & polite! She showed me some fabrics to choose from as I was looking into buying a sofa bed chaise. I went back in a week later & purchased the sofa I had wanted. She gave me some info about the sofa & i was more than happy to buy it. I will definitely come back to purchase other products!

Always a good selection of styles to choose from at affordable prices. Coffee table was less than $100 bucks with a look that is about $300. But Don't expect quality as it's designed to last 1 - 2 years and throw out.

Quite a standard fantastic furniture which is in a building with lots of other home and lifestyle stores. Store itself isn't hugely remarkable, however it carries a good range of furniture at very affordable prices. Prices are somewhat similar to IKEA, however the approach is less the flat pack model I believe.
