Caught by surprise ... Always wanted to try the floatation tank, but didn't expect too much. My wife bought me a session here and the service was a bit disorganised. I even thought about leaving it for another day. But Crea the receptionist was great! She let us wait in the salt room so my wife and I could relax with a massage. Then the Floatation Tank... I thought it would be relaxing, but it was so much more! Seemed like maybe 30 minutes, but it was 59. I loved it, didn't want to leave! Came out feeling like a had a mini vacation. Now 7 Hours later. Just walking the dog and had a beer and it feels like I am still on holiday. You can Bet we will Both be going back. If I had the money and the space I would buy one in the spot!

I'm so glad I found the Lucy Rose Clinic. Yes it means travelling 9 hours to see my practitioner, but the improvement in my general health makes it worth it. I have lost the foggy head with frequent memory loses, my energy and stamina has returned, I'm sleeping much better ( 5 hours straight most nights) and finally I'm losing weight. The other good thing is some of my appointments are phone at home, so I don't always have to travel, but when I do, I also get to visit my sons who live in Sydney. Having the support and encouragement helps keep me on track. I definitely recommend Lucy Rose Clinic to anyone who can afford it looking for answers to their thyroid issues.

I sent my 23yo daughter to the Sydney Lucy Rose Clinic and was taken for a ride big time. They basically offered her 3 packages ranging from $1500 to $2000. They did a reflex test that revealed sluggish thyroid function and another test that revealed low metabolism (that we already knew about). They offered no herbal or natural treatments/suggestions. They just wanted to take two grand from her. The initial consult was around $150 and she walked away none the wiser. The consult was very mechanical. The lady offered little information, she simply responded to my daughter's questions. The consult would have been a lot shorter had it not been for my daughter's questions. The service was not personalised. They sent through a "personalised plan" that was not personalised because it included meat in the plan and my daughter is vegetarian. Clearly, it was a cut and paste job. If you are desperate, from our experience I do not recommend going to this clinic. Its just another kick in the guts. They need to advertise that its a program/plan, not individualised care.

DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Totally negligent. This so called 'clinic' is a complete SHAM, I echo all the negative reviews about this clinic. They pray on vulnerable people. These crooks charge you $200 for an initial appt before you even walk in the door, then around 15 minutes in to my appointment when you are trying to explain your journey they cut me off and I was presented with a laminated card to pick which one out of the $1000 or $2000+ testing package I was going to pay for immediately. On top of that, without any knowledge of me I was told to eat as much meat as possible! How could you prescribe a diet when they haven't got any tests, history and are NOT a doctor or dietitian. I was then told I was 'out of time' and then pushed out and the lady turned sour that I didn't opt in for tests immediately. These guys have the payments screen open infront of them to capture your payment details and profit from tests you can do anywhere. Their affiliated 'doctor' is somewhere overseas, I got no info on him. Possibly the most unprofessional, alarming and negligent experience I've ever had in the health sector. They aren't doctors, they are not interested in getting you better, they are just interested in exploiting people and taking your money. They need to be audited by the health bodies, I'm disgusted.

there is no doctor on site, I was told they "consult with a doctor in the USA". I saw a naturopath who offered me a package of supplements starting at $1,200, without any testing, bloods or urine. When they (supplements) arrived, I have almost 3 months of parasite cleaning caps, even though I explained the Professor did not find any parasite evidence in my colonoscopy and endoscopy. i was told as the test was last year it was too old. I was advised by my doctor not to take nearly 3 months of parasite cleans as I have not reported any symptoms. So I have been ripped off over $300. They will not refund even though it is all unopened. They referred me to the refund policy on their site which was not disclosed at the consultation....SO BUYER BEWARE!!! I I also received several months worth of gut microbiome treatment, though I expressed I did not have dysbiosis (leaky gut). I feel more professional than what I experienced at this clinic. DONT BE TALKED INTO THE SUPPLEMENT PACKAGE......GO AWAY AND THINK ABOUT IT....MAYBE CONSULT YR GP BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF. BUYER BEWARE! Be aware that my health fund would not give a refund but if u went to a local naturopath I would have received a rebate. Go figure. Must be something to do with no item number. Around Feb 2016 i was walking past Integrated Health and saw the sign listing various treatments offered by the clinic. I booked an appointment with Dr Jason. Since seeing Dr Jason my health has been improving with various treatment plans and supplements. Because I felt like Dr Jason's treatment plan is working for me i also decided to take my 13 year old special needs daughter since December 2016. I was amazed how quickly the supplements worked for my daughter. She is a lot calmer and her speech has improved. Been going here for the infared saunas and I love them. Nothing better than sitting in a Sauna when the winter mornings have been so cold and knowing how beneficial it is for you at the same time. I'm finding the 45 min session works best for me as the other programs were that bit too short. Complete scam, brought a Groupon for a float tank session in the Double Bay Spa, tank was broken for the entire time my ticket was valid. I rang several times to check if it had been fixed but they keep trying to get me to go to the Parramatta Spa, after asking for a refund I was told to speak with Groupon who then told me I need it in writing from them, after calling them again I was told to call back later in the another time when the manager was in. Ticket is now not valid after getting back from overseas.

First of all I want to assure all of those reading this, this is a genuine review. This place is a sham. If you look at all of those who have submitted 5 star reviews, Pinnacle Health is the only place they’ve ever reviewed. Negative reviewers have invariably rated other establishments. Surely that speaks volumes. Let me add to that. I showed up today for an appointment at Double Bay. There was no one there. Bizarre!! Called the number and the person who answered said he was in Parramatta and to text someone who was meant to be working there and ask where they were - because that’s good customer service (???). I declined to do that because no one needs to chase the provider of the service they’ve paid for. Also I could see into the treatment room from outside; it hadn’t been ‘cleaned’ since the last client (they perform colonic irrigation here - you draw your own conclusions). Appalling! You need to avoid.
