Dr Charles Daniels is great, professional and knowledgeable. I know I am in good hands right from the start. My case is rather tricky as I do not have strong teeth, I had an implant done and was rushing to have everything done in time for my wedding. Dr Daniels was able to coordinate his work accordingly to be in line with the progress of the implant procedures. All staff are very friendly and had always made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

Rude and arrogant. Went in for a consultation where a treatment plan was proposed. All throughout the conversation, he would not answer my queries clearly giving short snappy and extremely vague responses, cut me off several times and seemed uninterested in general. Overall, he had a very condescending demeanour. Soon after, got a call from the receptionist informing me that he refused treatment and that I should find some other orthodontist. When I asked why, they gave no reason. I was initially surprised but I had a terrible experience and I'm so glad I did not start treatment here. I strongly do not recommend this practice to anyone.

Extremely unprofessional and rude reception staff. Absolutely condescending and disrespectful attitude which is quite disappointing, especially when I have 2 children receiving treatment from the practice and payment was made upfront for both. They show how no respect or understanding when it comes to accomodating minor changes and these changes are only necessary as they do not give you appointment times logically and do not care about how far you come from. Spoke to the receptionist to get my son's appointment changed from 2.15 to 2.30pm as my daughter's appointment is at 2.45 pm and the first one states that the doctor will not see you if you are not here at 2.15 pm even though there are 2 appointments at 2pm already and she suggests to cancel and change the day altogether. When I asked for someone who may be able to actually assist me as we are around 45minutes away from the practice and with traffic and school zone 40 Km limits and me taking time off work , we would be ok to arrive at 2.30pm . After a long hold I get a staff member who rudely says , I have helped you before , I can't change it and you have to be there at that time. Totally unreasonable - well so what ... isn't it their job to assist clients when they need help ? I was also happy to take 3 pm but she wouldn't listen , just rudely adamant that that was final and that she had done me the biggest favour before by assisting me and hence implying I should be grateful eternally for this !! Not sure if Dr Mahoney is aware of this as it is unaceptable.

From my experience, each appointment starts off with a friendly staff member telling you what's going to happen. Rude and arrogant staff. I took time off work in the morning to come here. I arrived 10 mins prior to my appointment, and waited for 20 mins. The staff didn't greet me when I walked in, and instead ignored me throughout the time I was there. Because it was in the morning there were no other patients. The two ladies at the front desk had nothing to do apart from having a lovely morning chat between themselves and pretending that I wasn't there. I would encourage people to stay away from this place if you are after a professional, caring and friendly orthodontist. Clearly business is too good that they can pick their customers.

Conveniently located in the CBD, Ortho-x’s Dr Daniel Ngan treated me with ‘Invisalign’. Although initially uncertain and sceptical, Dr Ngan’s professionalism yet friendly character quickly reassured me throughout the process. Dr Ngan explained the product thoroughly and has catered towards my needs. I have been to many orthodontic clinics in the past due to my history of poor teeth alignment and grinding during sleep. Needless to say, Dr Ngan has resulted with my utmost confidence and satisfaction with my teeth. Thank you Dr Ngan and Ortho-x. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

9 months ago when I started the treatment I wasnt happy with my smile or how my teeth were looking and feeling in my mouth! Fast forward 9 months and I've got around another 3 months to go but Dr.V and the team at CCC Smiles have worked their magic already and completely transferred my smile all ready! The hardest part for me was probably the 3D scan at the beginning, that's how easy this treatment is when it comes to straightening teeth! Absolutely amazed with it! I had a great experience with Liverpool Orthodontics. In the beginning I had sussed out a few orthodontists, getting consultations, but Liverpool Orthodontics staff made me feel most welcomed, having one staff member sit with me for at least 15 minutes answering all my questions. All staff are approachable and friendly, they take their time to answer all your questions as well as explaining the whole process. Overall I am satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend!

So, Full Face Orthodontics East/Randwick provides an incredibly amazing experience and guarantees the results you want with your teeth as long as you place an effort too. My personal experience as a patient was very well organized by Full Face Orthodontics and they provided satisfying results whilst constantly expressing friendly and caring services to their patients. My teeth were crowded both on my upper and lower teeth but the braces they applied were extremely effective and barely caused pain which was mainly my fears when it came to having braces. Each appointment I attended was precisely on time with the appointment time they gave me and they were lenient enough to wait 5 minutes if I was ever late. This shows their extremely organized services and how time managed they are behind the scenes. However if you are too late or perhaps you may not look after your teeth as much as they recommend you do, you will only extend your time as a patient. Successful Orthodontics requires both Doctor and Patient to cooperate hence it would be advised to not attend too late or be careless with your retainer. This is advised as you would not only extend your time as a patient but you will pay more expenses. Regarding expenses the results, service and products provided by Full Face Orthodontics East is absolutely worth it providing fast results within 1-2 years on average. The practice they are located in is very modern and attractive, to younger patients they provide entertainment if waiting in the waiting room. Their reception is extremely helpful and their phone services are highly efficient. Dr Derek Mahoney is an extremely organized doctor and a very friendly one too! Overall, I highly recommend Full Face Orthodontics East to all.

It’s taken about 3 years all up and my daughter is very happy that the braces are finally coming off. Her teeth are straight and there’s a definite improvement in her bite. Hopefully she’ll smile a lot more now. A big thanks to Dr Mahoney and the staff of Full Face Orthodontics East.

I had my brace at Dr Mahony's back in around 2014 and the procedure completed around 2017. During the three years period, I have only seen Dr Mahony 4 times max. the rest of the time were dealing directly with other stuff in his clinics. It made it really hard to discuss my concerns throughout the treatment period. I was always told that I would see Dr Mahony next month so that I could directly discuss my concern with him, but the appointments with Mahony were always pushed back due to his busy schedule. Most importantly and for me personally, the result is not good and far below expectation/satisfaction. I would have been better off without the treatment and certainly regret doing it(which i paid more than 8K upfront and costed me more than three years). After the treatment my teeth (and month) looked more protruded from outside, it is just not a nice thing. I have been thinking about getting braces again so that I could be looked like what i was before my treatment with Full Face Orthodontics.

My daughters teeth are amazing, after sticking to Doctor Mahoney's plan the results are astounding. His plan & vision were set out very clearly, and stayed on track. The plan included no extraction, just retainers and braces, which is what appealed to us. Payment plans are available, and that side of things was made very easy. Even now she's finished with her braces, we have ongoing support and an annual check to ensure the teeth haven't moved. I would recommend Full Face & Dr Mahoney without hesitation.
