Incredibly poor customer service, not even a smile. I was treated by a gent who was condescending and when asked for files started tapping the counter impatiently. He was incredibly rude and never sent a quote in the end. I was charged for the test print, which came out quite poorly. Go to officeworks next door or any or the other lovely kwik kopys! The kwik kopy team at circular quay are very sweet and other places don't charge for test print, don't ruin your morning like I did : (

Can't comment on the quality of the printing as the quote I received didn't seem competitive so I used a different printer in the end. Pretty average experience at the requirements gathering stage, some errors/omissions in my initial quote which was also sent to the wrong email address (and viewed by that recipient) fortunately no private information leaked. Customer service not up to the same standard as the alternative option I eventually used. Cheers

Ray, Malcolm, Peter and the team have all been fantastic assisting me with this at short notice, as the previous company we used let us down at the last minute. The staff have all been super helpful, friendly and communicative, and the calendars are a fantastic quality as are the business cards I just got printed.

Seriously disappointed. When they saw that I needed the job for the same day, they suddenly came up with a $50 fee for "urgent" jobs. Of course, I declined their offer, and went somewhere else, two block down next to Townhall -cheaper and faster. Kwik Kopy might as well have staff pointing a knife at you asking for your wallet.
