Nick helped us secure an off-market property at the end of the property down-turn in July 2019 in Sydney (in Haberfield). My wife and I were looking to capitalise on this market and attending auctions for 4bed houses where bids went 10-15% beyond the expected price range. The inner west remained a market of its own with quality properties increasing their value due to other buyers like us who were waiting for their chance. There are many things you "dont know you dont know" as a buyer and having Nick leveled the playing field for us. He has his finger on the pulse of the market at all times, and his property law background really showed when dealing with real-estate agents and in negotiation matters. We were shown a number of properties after hours when it suited us and he was a good sounding board for issues we thought relevant. In the end we went for a property that did not tick every single box- but it did tick all the essential criteria and have some great features. The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks of looking around. The place had a long settlement period and needed some minor renovations (paint/floorboards). Nick guided us to offer a fair price, knowing the property could have easily achieved 10% more on the market at auction. We thought 'buyers remorse' was inevitable, but we found that similar properties were selling for much more. A slightly larger 4b property within 500m sold for $275,000 more, 2 months after we purchased. I have nothing but complete respect for Nick and his honest, well-researched, professional approach to helping buyers get a win.

Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost Century 21 Brighton Le Sands 2216, the property manager Kevin Cipi doesn't have the courtesy of answering emails or provide any feedback. I felt treated unfair by this company and it seems they just don't care about their potential customers. Normally I would move on without complaining and chose a different company, however in this case they are influencing my living standards and cannot accept this without at least providing my feedback. I truly believe that they can get better with their services in time.

Michael is not only very efficient to find tenants but also cautious about checking the potential tenant's quilification to protect landlord's interest. He has given me very professional and valuable advice and explanation of his concerns to let me make a right decision. Whenever there is an issue he always attends to it promptly and professionally. For example, the air conditioning in one of my properties was out of order but due to its awkward location and small repair panel hole, Michael had to get quotes and arrange access for different tradesmen to cut a bigger hole, fix the air con controller, replace the repair panel, gyprock, painting, etc. He has done all these works very well and I really appreciate what he has done for me and the tenant. I must say Michael does care about his client's interest and do his job seriously and excellently.

The best building in all of Australian continent. I have visited all the largest buildings in Sydney, and though this one is only ranked 6, it is still the best of all of them. The staff is exceedingly friendly and (to a New Yorker) almost too kind like the rest of Oceania. The anchor banking and legal tenants are outstanding supporters of global community. Don't miss the great, great, great, great, great eateries at ground floor plaza level.

ANZ is The worst customer service and security when it comes to protecting customers money, as they assisted a female offender in stealing my money after she stole our mail and got hold of the new bank card. Only using my wife’s name & address, the thieve was able to activate card and get new pin. How untrustworthy can any bank get!!!

I had a large sum of money stolen by an ANZ customer in an online scam/fraud. Multiple enquiries were made by my bank (Westpac) to resolve the issue with ANZ and revert the transaction but ANZ kept protecting the individual who was stealing thousands of dollars of peoples' hard earned money by protecting the identity of this criminal. I was not the only person who had my money stolen by this individual. If you are a criminal, feel free to open a bank account with ANZ because they will protect you at all costs even when there's multiple investigations going on around you involving the police, ACORN, scamwatch, other banks. ANZ will do everything they can to protect the identity of their customers, even if they are criminals being chased by the law enforcement agencies.

Anz Bank is the worst bank we have had to deal with when it comes to our home loan. They have rude staff that don’t listen 👂 they lie about why they haven’t done something you ask. I rang today and asked why they dont display our home loan interest rate on our internet banking page, I received 2 answers The first being we have been having technical difficulties with our web page , I say BS to you ANZ because we haven’t been able to see it for a few months now. Second response to my question was we don’t display home loan interest rates on our internet banking when your home loan is variable because it could change at anytime. I say BS to that answer because you don’t vary the interest rate daily. They will sneakily change things on your contract without your permission so you have to keep checking things. Pain in the arse !!! So because you refuse to do anything I ask I am now going to share on social media my experience with this useless bank and we will see how many other people have had a bad experience with your bank. Shame on you ANZ !!!

Absolutely horrible experience. My rental application and maintenance was being handled by their agent Deon. I wish there was an option to mark the service as a zero or negative. They are just fooling the tenants and providing explanations which favour them against any and every complaint by the tenant. I moved into one of their rental properties 2 months back which was supposed to be an air conditioned property. Ever since day 1, I noticed that all that aircon was doing is throwing outside air in without cooling it. I complained and Deon was persistent on it working perfectly. Someone who hasn’t lived in the property for one complete day claimed to argue and know better. Anyhow, after 2-2.5 weeks an aircon service company conducted a check, and the condition was so horrible. That it took them 2 weeks to order the parts (don’t forget it was working as per the agent). Then the aircon guys comes to repair it, is unsuccessful and says it needs more parts which took another 10 days to come. By now we have reached week 5-6 of our tenancy. Finally he repaired it 10 days back, it worked perfectly for 10 hours and stopped again. Apparently needed some more new parts. Today it has officially been 7 weeks in that property with no fan and aircon. I asked for a compensation, and they say that the owner will pay your electricity bill of $180. Like where is humanity? Can then bring back my comfort worth 7 weeks by paying me $180 dollars? Absolute nonsense!! Their agent is the most forgetful person I have had to deal with amongst the 5 properties i have rented in Sydney so far. I had to remind him every-time to reply to my emails and messages, follow up repairs. Average reply time to any query has been 1 week. Super busy agents with no proper customer service time. Hahaha I invested in a portable aircon to survive, and they are not ready to pay me for that also. Practically scamming by taking the rent for a air conditioned property for 8 weeks. And they say its not their or the owners fault. Then whose fault is it? Mine? I like breaking aircons and surviving in the heat 😎 Am i suppose to be the patient one for 8 weeks in a property with no ventilation with the temperatures outside at a shooting 30-35 degrees? What do they expect me to do- sleep in the balcony? Never ever engage with their company.

I rented a bedroom apartment through Ray white Double Bay whereby I dealt with Margie Hawker and Kristina Savic as our property managers. My experience with them was fantastic! Extremely friendly and prompt to respond to our needs.

My mates and I had a years lease for a small two bed apartment with another real estate company. Unfortunately at the end of our lease we were taken over by ray white double bay and dealt with by Ruby Shannon. We contracted the recommended cleaning company by ray white in order to avoid any problems by doing it ourselves. The company charged us $726 and justified such an amount by saying it was for the ‘standard of ray white double bay’. However if that is ray white’s standard they have no standards. They didn’t clean the filters, clean the walls, clean the toilets, clean the windows, all things they had charged for, please see attached photos. On inspection of the property Ruby told us it wasn’t good enough, obviously true but we had just spent a huge amount on her recommended cleaning company. Then to top it off Ruby tried to steal the bond and we had to go to the police station and call her from there in a three way conversation between us, her and fair trade and say we were filing a police report against the company. She had spent several weeks telling us she was sorting out the bond as she had released it but it had gone to the old real estate and she was trying to fix it, all the while trying to find a way not to return it until we called fair trading and found out she had never contacted them and they were about to release it back as unclaimed to the company. Really shocking and defiantly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a real estate agent, my top recommendation is to stay away from the company and the agent Ruby Shannon who we dealt with. ***Response to owner*** I lived at 4/10 Bloomfield Street, Surry Hills, 2010 for a year from October 2018 to October 2019 on the lease. Did you not take over the management of this property during that time? I’m sure you can find my records.

Please provide where you got your stats from Nic. If they are your estimations, they are about as valuable as mine as a home owner in the build for the past 20 years, who has observed how considerate pet owners are to those who don't trust pet owners to be responsible or take into account anyone's feelings but their own, and their pets. Also, as your spam was on Ray White Letterhead, should we assume that you represent all of Ray White in supporting folks who keep animals in their apartments and not those who are looking for a home without the complications, noises, smells and situations they introduce? Don't normally take the time to push negative experiences out there but I thought since you were doing a letter box drop with your thoughts, I'll share mine too.

They were stolen items from my property than they just simply ignored. The rented the place to smokers without our knowledge. Nichole was looking after my property and she was a disaster. Worst rent expense with LJ Hooker. You can hardly get feedback from their property manager, especially after moving out and requesting for bond refund. The property manager Allan Chan, whose mobile number ends with 0080, never give you feedback when you need his help but always push you to give him response when he has requests. No responsibility at all to his job and his client! Worst!!

I've been a tenant through Vanguarde estate agents and it was such a terrible experience.At the end of the lease, they grab money from you(in partnership with tradesman) in the name of cleaning, maintenance etc.Need to be extremely careful dealing with them. I recommend to take pictures, videos as proofs before you start a lease with VEA. They are always in support of the owners and don't really care for tenants.
