Not bad, the sushi tastes pretty nice and the customer service is quick. However, the soy sauce is not salty enough. It is evident that there is a lot of water in the sauce thus the salty concentration is low. Good sushi needs good soy sauce. Any way, great place.

Its hard to distinguish yourself being a takeaway sushi place & in the CBD with so much competition around. But each time I walk past here there is always a long line. So finally decided to try their sushi & it was great. There are some seating inside & the kitchen has a large glass window where you can see a production line of workers and sushi being made. There was quite a good variety and everything tasted fresh. I enjoyed the sashimi which was fresh & sweet, the edamame which is always good & seaweed salad. The unagi/eel was nice but a bit chewy. Scallop & salmon were both good & surprisingly the vegetable tempura which was very tasty. The dragon roll was a bit disappointing but the ships were all nice and very creamy, maybe a bit too much mayo. Overall a great choice & tasty food.

No, all takeaway sushi places are not alike! Warm rice done perfectly, excellent options, and most of all, very fresh fish! Even spicy tuna, which is tough to find in Sydney. And they don’t bloody fool everything up with like mayonnaise like other places.

Never had a problem with buying from here until yesterday when I wanted to buy a Tuna Salad Avacado Sushi roll and they had the audacity to sell one of the rolls which were half the size of the others most likely because it was mistakenly cut. Please, if it is not to standard size just throw it away instead of trying to serve it to customers.

This place has got to be Our Most Favourite sushi place within Australia. The produce here is Outstandingly and fresh and presentation is near perfect. The staff are always so friendly and helpful to make you visit a happy one. It does get busy, so at times we have to line up outside, but it's never for longer than 10-15 mins, as they're pretty good at managing the line outside the shop. You can order off the menu or just watch the variety of delicious delights travel around on the conveyor belt. I often like to start things off with a miso. This place definitely delivers on their name Sushi Wow!!!! 😲 ❤️

They make unique sushi and mix up different ingredients than your traditional sushi. Wanted salmon belly, which was not on the menu and they still made it for us - tasted awesome too. Normally I enjoy traditional nigiri sushi (rice and raw fish on top) but the fried chicken roll with lots of mayo and fried dried onions had a wonderful balance of texture and flavour in the mouth. Would come back for a quick bite.

The food is amazing and very fresh. The service is good but sometimes the waitresses are a bit impatient. The counter is too close to the main door, what makes the cue longer than it should be. Because of the line, when you go to the counter to pay the bill, sometimes you get messed up with the ones planning to get in the venue, so it needs a better organization. Overall, it is a place worthy visiting.

Amazing sushi selection with a lot of premium selections that you don't normally see at your regular sushi trains. I highly recommend the Creamy Yuzu with Prawn, it is heavenly! It can get a bit busy at the lunch rush hour and it can be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ate here a couple of times. It's good for a few small plates and popular with office workers grabbing lunch to go. Sushi is fine, fresh and original combinations: salmon with cheese! More rolls than ngiri.

Sit at the bar or sit at the back with a small group. The sushi train choices are aplenty and delicious. You can also top up with mini meals such as Udon bowl. The price is slightly on the expensive side but what you would expect given the location.

Takeaway better than the belt sushi. Belt sushi not labeled properly, and I got tuna roll instead of California roll, which I didn't eat, but got charged for anyway. At least you know exactly what the takeaway sushi is.

Good sushi but I find it so frustrating that they don't accept cards for less than $10. Given many of their dishes are priced at $9 you're either faced with having to find an ATM or buying something extra. Unless this changes I'm unlikely to return.

This place was full of people both times I passed by, so I though this must be great. Wow was I wrong the food is bought around on trollies and each item I chose was supposed to be hot yet it wasn’t. I asked three of these people with the trollies for some soy sauce, all answered you have to ask the waitress ( who was nowhere to be seen). Customer service was non existent, I would not recommend this place or ever go there again.

I had a Karaage chicken. When I had one bite, the colour of the chicken was pinkish inside. I asked the staff chicken is cooked properly or not. The staff said it's cooked but he can get new one. He didn't apologize and the new one came and all chicken were cooked properly. I didn't like the staff lied to me that the first one was cooked. He should apologized. I always have good service from here but not today.

I have been to this place in Brisbane so it may be different here- But the sushi was amazing! It was well seasoned and cooked properly. It has a wide range of sushi and small but delightful range of desserts. I recommend this place for a good sushi experience.

Cool sushi train. Small location. Excellent staff - friendly greeting on arrival by wait staff and friendly greeting by one of the sushi chef, who also asked after my drinks order, passing it on to the wait staff. Serving sizes were good with good selection of sushi/nigiri/etc. Prices were probably a fraction above average for Sydney (all sushi restaurants in Sydney seem to be above Melbourne's average prices). Restaurant has its regular customers, with staff greeting them with recognition upon arrival.

The quality was good, rice is perhaps a little hard and resistant to soaking up the dipping soy sauce, and the variety was amazing for such a small set up. Though there's a chance that you might not find a seat during lunch rush, it's likely that you will be seated very quickly by the kind staff. The staff is very friendly. The food choices are pretty good. They had most plates on the sushi train at $3.80, except sashimi for $7.50 and special plates at $4.50. I really liked the atmosphere here. Note this review was prompted by an offer for a free soft drink for a review on google. But I was genuinely pleased by the food choices and staff service.

Food was good; fresh sashimi on train BUT....... only 1 person serving the "rail"; used plates everywhere (they were just being put into piles and left on the bench, on top of the counter and even on a stool next to a pot plant. The same person doing the serving also had to refill the train so there were times when there was hardly any sushi on offer.
