Diamond Films is a really reliable service. They cover every aspect of wedding right from all the proceeding to ceremonies. They make the use of best techniques. I have no idea why some people still complain about it. We got everything that we wanted, the drones were even better to get a 360 degree coverage but that does take away from their professional photographers that are ready for everything.

Terrible service...booked an appointment on the premise that the business provides both photography and videography services only to find out that these services are provided by two separate suppliers. This was not explained when I called to enquire. Had I known this, I would not have wasted my time. Information on website is misleading.

My husband and I had seen some of the Diamond team at work, at a friends wedding and so we decided to have them a part of our day also. After we had signed the contract and placed our deposit we didn't hear a word from any of them. Days before the wedding I called them up and talked about locations and what time they would be heading over on the day of the wedding. Wedding day. No photos were taken of the bride with her family. Having stated that a drone would be used in the contract, no drone was present on the day. Towards the end of the night is was a continuous rush, that I had missed out on having some very important moments captured. Same day edit was not received until 6 months after the wedding. This was after numerous phone calls, text messages and emails. The main photographer/owner was very childish in his approach to rectify the missing family photos stating it was my fault. After an hour plus on the phone I suggested he edit some photos in place of the 'mistake'. To what he replied "In my head it will always be your fault". Would not recommend Diamond to anyone who expects respect when dealing with others. For the price we paid the service was beyond terrible.

Expect delays and empty promises. 3. They will turn to your wedding day late. Also they won't follow a plan. 4. After the wedding they will ignore your calls, emails and all. 5. OVER PRICED. And last: Do not read the other reviews on there pages 90% of them are family and friends. Yes at the start they were good but not anymore. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM IT IS YOUR BIG DAY (wedding).
